Bad customer service. Service manager did not call back when promised and did not return calls when left a voice message. Phone rang endlessly and only the cashier would answer. Will change to another dealer
Worst experience ever. Our Jeep sat in shop for 11 days for nothing. 3rd time
Last time I will go to this Dealership. .. I have been going here for more then 5 years and its seems to get worse every time. I am not sure why I would continue to go here but that will not happen again
This dealer is very over priced, they do not communicate with you about your vehicle. You have to inquire back with them to get status updates. Very slow service. I will not be returning to this dealer.
Device could have been better. No cuminication customer took car and not knowing warranty work was never completed. Fuel odor still present.
Perhaps one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I don’t understand how you have have an operational Buisness. I purchased my vehicle here back in 2019. Brought my car in for a service and after being told that my vehicle would be ready in 2 days. It took your employees 11 days to just tell me that the technician has looked at my car and that my vehicle is out of warranty and if I would like for them to let me know what the price would be to order the parts. Poor Communication. Wait Time In-between Repairs Takes Too Long. Dealer Should Provide Courtesy Vehicle.
