Still waiting on a part for my car. They said, it’s on back order and I’ve already been waiting 3 months for the part. Not happy with the quality of service!

The Service advisor or Utility helper can't be found. I Was waiting for @least 25 minutes and i wasn't even help for a simple oil change service or what els service i needed.
That was the worst service I've ever had. I'm never going to the Puente Hills service again and also purchasing of the car. Your service center was not entirely honest. I'm trying to talk to friends of my community about your service. I feel so bad that I'm wasting my time on this survey. Please don't ever send me this survey again.

I had to bring my vehicle back after they had fixed the fuel pump, after having to wait 3 months for the part to come in l, because the check engine light came on after I left the parking lot. They told me it was the fuel intake tube that was bent and my catalytic converter for a total of $5,000. I had to convince the manager they caused the damage to the fuel line but they still wanted to charge me.
