No communication from sales representative, manager didn’t care, bad attitudes, no one answers the phone or listens tho their messages. No one knew when my car would be ready until i showed up to the location and talked to the manger to get answers. I’ll never take my car back to this location ever again.
I dropped my car three times for fixing one item, after they installed new part in my car they told me the problem still there.
Bad car information and having problems with vehicle then and now. To many excuses on everything

There is no customer relationship building at this location. Anyone can understand numbers, it is one of the most basic concepts in life. Your managers do not understand what it takes to build a relationship with its customers being in a consumer built business. Relationship building is one of the most critical aspects in any business. Replace a AC part. Take almost one week, delay and no notification. I delivered the vehicle on time but no one take care of it.

Dealership failed to perform outstanding “Recall” services as promised. Advisor never contacted me on updates nor was I able to speak to anyone on the status of my vehicle until I showed up to pick up my vehicle 8.5hrs later. I was not given an update on status of my vehicle. I had to call to get an update after attempting to reach a service advisor and being hung up on or phone not being answered. I understand everyone is understaffed however this is a persons vehicle and means of transportation and to not even be given an update as to when vehicle is going to be ready is unacceptable
