There is no customer relationship building at this location. Anyone can understand numbers, it is one of the most basic concepts in life. Your managers do not understand what it takes to build a relationship with its customers being in a consumer built business. Relationship building is one of the most critical aspects in any business. Replace a AC part. Take almost one week, delay and no notification. I delivered the vehicle on time but no one take care of it.
Dealership failed to perform outstanding “Recall” services as promised. Advisor never contacted me on updates nor was I able to speak to anyone on the status of my vehicle until I showed up to pick up my vehicle 8.5hrs later. Then the advisor tried saying that I was “declining” the services because I couldn’t leave my vehicle overnight. I was not given an update on status of my vehicle. I had to call to get an update after attempting to reach a service advisor and being hung up on or phone not being answered. I understand everyone is understaffed however this is a persons vehicle and means of transportation and to not even be given an update as to when vehicle is going to be ready is unacceptable
I had to wait one mount for my car and parts. I understand it takes time,but the fact that I was calling for update and wouldn’t talk to someone at all for days and when I did get thought half the time the call drop.
