PH Jeep has work to do. ..they told me they'd call me to advise that it was done....that never took place. I called to get an update, no one picks up the phone. The tires never got rotated. I show up to pick up the Jeep and no one was at the cashier. Another customer and I waited for over 20 minutes until we were finally seen.

Had a problem with my car, they fixed it and then four months later it broke again . They said it was still covered , but when I went back they said I had to first go to a body shop ( 2,800 dollars ) they told me that they might not fix it , tried to talk to the manager , they said he might talk to me or might not . Waited about 35 min. Got tired when back in and they told me they couldn’t help me .

This dealership is thee worse! My nightmare continues. On Friday the 9th I took my Durango to get service before heading to Vegas for vacation, walked in around 11:00 I was told it will be about 40min to an hour. As I’m walking in to the waiting room I see my Durango been pulled into shop, there’s 2 cars in front of mine. At 12:30 a whole hour an a half later I see buster and I ask on the status of my Durango. I walked outside and see my Durango on the same spot as when it was pulled into shop. Phones were terrible to contact anyone there for the status of my truck. it took me three hours to get hold of the operator! Unacceptable! Also, my truck is 2 months old and was at the dealer for a Uconnect message that came on. They refused to give a rental car and the work was going to take 3 days! I had to pick up my truck before the work was completed! When I picked it up there were a couple customers who were not happy with the customer service treatment. Won’t be taking my truck back there anytime soon!!!!

Whole day wasted. Made an appt a week in advanced. Told them I needed an oil change and my two headlights changed. Waited 5 HOURS at my appt and then they come and tell me that my headlights could not be changed bc there was no tech available to change them. Therefore, it took 5 HOURS for an oil change. Total waste of my day and very disappointed this time. Never have I had this happened at this dealer, been coming here since I bought my Challenger. Now I have to make ANOTHER appt and hopefully there will be a tech there to ... read more

Service charged us for oil change that should've been complementary. Told my husband they couldn't refund it. I tried to call the service dept. It literally took 6 calls to get someone to answer Then sent to voicemail. Called back. 2 calls for someone to answer. Sat o. Hold 6 mins to be told manager was not responding. Unacceptable. Worst customer service ever if I could give 0 stars I would. My vehicle took months to get serviced. They never answer your phone calls , they don’t respond to emails , and when they finally answer they’re rude. They take forever to help you in person and the manager doesn’t even care when you bring up issues. Thank god I never have to go to this dealership again.
