I bought my Chevy from your dealership. You sent me over to have it checked at Chevrolet across the street.I have bumper to bumper warrenty Why do I have to now pay for the repairs that you could not fix.Quite annoyed.

Never answer my phone call, and remain busy? Just call for regarding my car status. If service director or manager Robert, or whoever worked on my car service advisor,or GM Josh, please reach me back regarding my car status in the shop, I will change the rating later.

Muy mal servicio tuvieron mi carro por casi un mes y me traían a puras mentitas no pudieron solucionar me lo de un carro de renta me isieron perder de trabajar por ir a recoger el carro cuando nisiquiera le abian echo nada y sus empleado llamado Henry en ves de buscar una solución me aconsejava de agarrar un abogado que tipo de servicio es ese pensé que era una empresa seria

This service center needs a lot of work. Difficult to get a hold of the service advisors. The service manager is a jerk. The relationship with enterprise is suspect. The only employee whom I found HELPFUL was Omar. Kudos to him. Never again will I return to this place.

One of the two items I brought my Jeep in for was addressed on my invoice papers. My Jeep just turns off completely at a stop, shifts out of gear. Happened several times last week. Then this week after driving my truck to the store my truck wouldn’t start. Only issue noted on my invoice was I brought in for battery problem. I spoke to them about it and I had to call several times to have them note my account that I had trouble with the car shutting off at a top. Extremely disappointed. I purchased a car last week and discovered that the front two windows don't work at all. I have been calling, getting transferred, leaving messages, etc. without any response. I have currently been on hold for an hour and will need to give up because I need to continue my work day. I had trusted that they were telling the truth when they said the car had been inspected, but this obviously was not the case. Very poor customer service and apparently there's a lack of integrity

Brought vehicle in for alignment. When I got there they said alignment machine was broken. Got and oil change since I already drove 20 Miles to get there. Not happy

If I could get something lower, I would give them that. I don't know how many people must be getting ripped off by this dealership and the person Debrah who was my service advisor.
