Vehicle was returned to me the same way it was Prior to my appointment, I must’ve called 10 times and left messages to no response.

It took a week to get an initial diagnosis for my truck. The diagnosis did not appear correct, and the service manager was unable to talk intelligently about what was wrong or why their diagnosis was correct. They ended up charging me $200 for doing nothing but change out parts since they had no idea what was wrong with the truck. More details as follows... My car engine was replaced. 3 days they said. It took 2 weeks and a $ 700.00 car rental for 2 weeks. No car loaner provided.

Trying to call or check on your vehicle status was horrible. I never received call backs when I left messages nor did I get my vehicle in a timely manner after dropping it off to get repaired.

Wait time to be helped takes too long even though I came in earlier than I was suppose to. Vehicle was not fixed on same day.

Horrible scheduling process. Was told that my vehicle will be done the same day as long as I bring it in on time. Have brought my vehicle here multiple times for the same reason and vehicle always had to stay overnight. Would not get a notice from representative until near end of the day.
