"Worst experience with a car dealership in my life. Very..." Worst experience with a car dealership in my life. Very attentive in making a sale, but no follow up. First and last time I buy a car from this dealership. They sold me vehicle with 1 key only. Between life and them having the key it's been a while. Finally sent someone for an in and out on something they owed and spent 2 hours their for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CDJR Puente Hills to anyone, poorest of customer service!

"This dealership will end up costing me thousands of..." This dealership will end up costing me thousands of dollars and I did not even buy a vehicle from them! After calling around to multiple Southern California dealerships about a lease promotion on Jeep.com I ended up speaking to a "sales manager" who said they could honor the promotion lease but would have to check with the manager first to see if any vehicle on their lot met the requirements. "Unacceptable " Unfortunately, I had unpleasant experience that leads me to not return or recommend your service department. I felt Daniel (service rep) stating this morning after receiving my 2015 Dodge Durango that your service department couldn't perform a initial diagnosis till Tuesday was unacceptable. I strongly feel this could have been done by Saturday morning at the latest as an initial diagnosis should take no more than 45 minutes to perform.

"BAIT & SWITCH!" The bait & switch technique is terrible! I came in yesterday trying to purchase not 1 but 2 vehicles! I am saddened by the absolute lack of moral character displayed by the sales staff. I test drove the purple Jeep Wrangler and told the salesman I wanted to purchase it and hold it. I then test drove a grey Doge Ram dually and told him I wanted it also. When we went inside to write the check for both suddenly the dually was sold! "No response from internet manager" I made an inquiry regarding a new Ram pickup giving the service person all of my information. I had to call twice just trying to get a response and was told "i'm working on it". After 24 hours or more I told the dealership that their treatment for a new customer was unacceptable and don't bother calling me.

"40,000 Service" Your salesperson Debbie was very clear in explaining the work to be done on my SUV. She also explained the coverage of my warranty help me to understand what was covered and not covered, because the side mounding inside the passenger door is coming off.
