THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT PHCD SUCKS, THAT PLACE IS A RIPOFF I HOPE TO NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I WENT TO SERVICE MY CAR AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN ARM AND A LEG. I WENT ELSEWHERE THEY CHARGED ME 1/2 OF WHAT THE THIEFS AT PHCD WHERE GOING TO CHARGE ME. PLUS PHCD TOOK 2 1/2 DAYS JUST TO EXAMINE MY CAR. YES, SERVICE IS WAY TO SLOW EVERYBODY IS JUST WALKING AROUND FLOGGING THEIR DUMMY. Very dissatisfied with this dealership they scratched up my car and didn’t check to make sure the inside light was connected in my glove so I had to leave it again and that’s when the mechanic scratched it all up

DAMAGE to my truck while being serviced: This was my first time visiting this dealership. I brought my Ram 1500 in for an issue with a check engine light and they fixed the issue but… when I came back to pick it up I immediately noticed a dent and gash on my front driver side panel above the wheel well as the mechanic was driving it out. I do it recommend this dealer. Very unprofessional and shady business practices. Read all the reviews, not just the star rating. From my poor experience, the good star rating is very unbelievable. Save yourself a major headache and shop elsewhere. You will thank people for the honest reviews that tell the truth about this dealership.

Very bad service that I got they lost my keys. I will not be returning to this dealer ever again

My wheel lock was lost. Have had limited success with my service rep Chris Gordon. No effort in assisting my situation. My jeep went in for tire rotation on Wednesday at 415pm and was kept ove night abd returned the next day at closing hours. Not sure if short staffed but there is nonsupport when you arrive for service. The few that are there stay in the AC room looking busy.

After having to take my car for an oil change my car was licking oil due to not properly closing the oil tank below my car. I had to go down myself and properly finish the job for them. Beside that they did have a good customer service team. Was treated well and with high importance.
