Scheduling process was horrible. Car had to always be left over night even though was told that it would be done by the end of the day. Dropping off the car always took more than 15 minutes even though I arrived few minutes before my appointment time. The wait in general is unacceptable compared to all the past dealerships from other car brands I have had.

This dealership has done nothing but cause me problems! Even when it comes to something as simple as renewing my registration! The old finance manager made false promises and this dealership has been nothing but a let down. Save yourself the stress . Go somewhere else

Prior work that was done or requested to. E done wasn't done. I took my journey in for repairs and they said it was done but after further look the work was not done at all

I was on hold for a combined 30 minutes over four calls waiting to speak to the sales manager with a warranty question. I was never able to speak to him.
