"40,000 Service" Your salesperson Debbie was very clear in explaining the work to be done on my SUV. She also explained the coverage of my warranty help me to understand what was covered and not covered, because the side mounding inside the passenger door is coming off.
"Most dishonest and disrespectful dealership " This dealership is very dishonest and cannot be trusted. Their Finance Manager Matt Hwang is very RUDE, disrespectful and has an attitude issue. They lie on your face and refuse to cancel contracts once you find out they were cheating on what was promised and whats on the contract. Everyone stay away from this dealership and don't waste your time and money with them.
"Worse service department " Worse customer service. I can't believe how I was spoken to by the service department guys. He even went as far as to say come pick up the car we already got your $145.00 for nothing. xxx definitely the worse experience.

"Not Customer Service Focused" Just leaving the dealers service department, after a horrid customer service experience with Bernie. I set an appointment two weeks earlier for service today. Once again, there was no record of the appoint being set. Which is an issue because I purposely took the morning off work to bring my vehicle in.
