Poor communication - regarding issues, duration and amounts. Slow (days longer than committed). Misdiagnosed brakes - said I needed new front brakes (which had just been replaced, and said my rear brakes were fine (another dealer showed me a week later that the pads were grinding on the discs. only dealer I have been to in ten years that did not wash the car.

Was not kept informed about progress of servicing. Not told what was done to my car. Price was quite high.

They never know what is going on with your car's repairs. Take long time to answer your call and then put you on hold until you get tire of waiting and decide to hang up because they forgot they told you to wait.

When I brought my car in for the service, I told the CSR that I'd like to use my Jeep Wave® membership benefit which provides a one-day rental car since the service of my car would take more than 6 hours. The CSR arranged a one-day rental for me from nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and told me I need to pay for the rental out of my own pocket first, but he would send me a reimbursement voucher and form so that I can get car rental cost reimburse by Jeep. Well after having a bad experience with a lemon I was able to switch loans to a newer jeep but with a lot of details plus no extra key I contacted dealer and salesman and no answer I am very disappointed

I went to do the oil change and I took a coupon for $124 and the dealer refused to used that coupon for doing the oil change they offered me a $65 dollars discount instead so I need to pay $255 for the oil change instead of what the coupon showed of $124 that’s the reason i didn’t want to recommended to any one, also I didn’t ask for that coupon you guys sent you t to me thanks

No intro. so didn't get to know who handled the service. No communication all day waiting for the update until I reached out to them. I needed to leave the car at the dealer over night. I was told that I will be contacted in the morning but never did. I had reach out again in the afternoon then found out it will be ready by the evening. :(
