I took my car to them to check a problem with the car shaking driving after 60mph and oil change, and they said they didn't have the parts to fix it, and they gave me the car with the engine light on, and it was not on when I took it to them, and they also did not have the part to fix the engine light. Overall, it was an entire mess and a bad experience. Will not be buying a jeep again with all these problems.
Ramon was nice but I’m so disappointed in the customer service here. We were promised a car detail because the brand new car we purchased was dirty on delivery and a tank of gas in exchange for them to be able to fill out our survey to ensure they got a good score. The day I went in for them to replace a part and for the survey, they filled out the survey within minutes of me being there to ensure they got what they needed from me. I made an appointment to get my alignment checked. Dropped my car off in the morning. At 330, after all day of waiting, I get a call saying the alignment machine was broken and need to reschedule my appointment. Needless to say I was incredibly annoyed. Did They not know the machine was broken in the morning when I dropped my jeep off? Why did it take all day for them to tell me? It was literally my only day off that week and I didn’t have my car, nor was it fixed. I’m not happy.

No consideration for my time. Took about 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged and fill out my paperwork when there was only 1 car in front. My truck was sitting outside for 15 minutes after my service was complete and I didn’t get my paperwork or keys until I had to go outside and ask if I could leave. My service advisor had no clue what was the cost for my oil change and quoted me $120 and said that they would adjust it if it was different. Terrible communication. Always told tomorrow, tomorrow and nothing gets done. after a week's waiting, they said no technician was available yet and not sure when it would be. crazy.

After having my vehicle for 11 days for an oil leak, it was determined to be a faulty oil filter. When I got my car back, it was damaged on the passenger side - like a truck slammed their door into my car.
