Michael and Bustter have been great! Unfortunately I have had to bring my car consecutive weeks in a row since the day after I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was sold to me only after transmission had been replaced and also something to do with the AC now. How can this be a certified pre owned vehicle? Don't be fooled by the 5 stars, as of June 2023, this location is struggling. The are extremely understaffed and overwhelmed. I took my Jeep in for service to be met with the phone-tag run around. They do not have the resources to provide good customer service. The took a whole week to diagnose the Jeep, supposedly fixed it. About 4 days later the vehicle is still having issues and I had to take it back in for repair. Made complaints to upper management, they are not responding promptly.

Terrible communication. I left my car on a Wednesday morning and I never heard anything from them until I called on Friday afternoon. They proceed to tell me that they cant tell me the status of my vehicle because the service advisor that helped me wasn't there so nobody else in the entire building could check on my vehicle. They call me back later that day and tell me it's not ready even though they have had it since Wednesday morning and that maybe it will be ready Monday. Was told the car was under warrait took a week and a 1/2 to dog knows. It can never get ahold of anybody and customer service. Never call you baccountable service and not almost.

I dropped off my car because the check engine light went on. I was told that they need the car for a week. I did not expect my car back for a week, but I would have expected some type of communication about the process along the way. I called 3 days after I dropped off my vehicle, and I was put on hold to talk to my original service advisor for over 45 minutes. My service advisor never picked up. They put a flat tire back on my truck instead of the spare, who does that? I had to change it myself to get home!!

Poor communication. Overbooked. The vehicle was there for a week not even touched. Called after several attempts only to find out it could be another 2 weeks until diagnosis. Was told all dealers are this busy if not busier. Asked about a loaner but was told they don't do that. Had it towed to another dealer who diagnosed it in less than a week and is providing a loaner car from the day I dropped it off until I get it back. Which may be a while (but not to the fault of the dealer but because of parts availability). Terrible ... read more

Poor service, long delays, unorganized , and making me the customer run back and forth from service to cashier for document is not my job.
