My car got serviced at 9:15am and was done by 11am and not one phone call was given to me until I called an hour before closing. When I arrived 30 minutes before closing, i asked what time my car was done and everyone acted like they didn’t know when it was clearly written and on the paper. In addition, I told them to call me to let me know in regards to my cabin filter and no call.

The worst service ever. They had my jeep for over 2 months and couldn't figure out the problem. I dropped my jeep off with a half a tank of gas and clean, when it was finally returned to me my jeep had dirt layered and leaves all over, and my gas tank was empty. Poor service, customer service is terrible. I'm surprised this service dept is still in business.

Worst service department by far. Went in for one thing and ended up with a damaged paint job. My vehicles issue never got resolved and my cars paint was damaged again. Service department manager did not care and brushed off my concerns.

Poor communication, no updates on what happening with the car. Took 5 mos to service the car,

I brought my car several times for same issue . I understand that their busy, but if I am making an appointment to diagnose my car and they keep it for 3 days just for Diag. Then why schedule an appt. Now that makes me question the ability of the mechanics. If they need 3 days to diagnose. I'm frustrated with this dealer. They will not even take me home due to 10 mile radius and they still want to leave me without a car for 3 days. Not everyone has has 2 or 3 cars at home or a ride. :(

Went in for a recall and they didn’t tell me there tool a diesel mechanic on site I was without a truck for 2 weeks. Recall wasn’t completed due to no diesel tech. I took my truck to another dealer and had it back within 3 days.

My truck sat at their dealership for almost two months and during this time the communication was horrible at best. They stated that they only have one diesel mechanic working there which was never disclosed prior to taking my truck there. Will not be coming back for new purchases or service any time soon.
