The worst dealership I have ever tried to deal with. No loaner/ rental vehicle for warranty or recall work. Vehicle sits for 3 days before even being touched. Cap left off coolant reservoir. Dealership is so bad I am thinking of selling my Ram and looking into buying a Ford or GM product!

service was terrible, but it is worse now. Their main problem is Zero,0, None, No. Communication. whatsoever. if you say you will call, please call, he did not. it's not even worth it for a review I did with the guy that helped me, boss/trainer, at least 7yrs ago the same thing. so, either try another again or stop buying Dodge, Chrysler

I am glad that I do not have to ever again stop at this dealership due to their horrible and unorganized service department. The service department lacks on how to attend to customers. I am aware that the car business is very competitive, and a few forget the simplest thing which on to be the #1 Customer Satisfaction. This dealership has help me narrowed down my choices and I chose not to go with Dodge ever again.

It is unfortunate but the service at this dealer is terrible. It’s a revolving door from service personnel to service manager. Prices change from one day to another. It’s like chickens running around with no head.

First the dealer quoted me just under $62K for a new car. Made an offer and they said they would get back to me. Never did. Called and they said the car was sold. Did online chat and verified vehicle was still there and another sales called. Said he was a director. Then told me $62k was price incorrectly and requoted me 10K over MSRP to the tune of $72K. Don't waste your time playing games with this dealer...

Had a free oil change and tried to charge me. Buster the manager is horrible, has horrible customer service skills should be talked to. If it’s free and Letter states it’s free there should be no questions asked. My appointment was at 8:30am did not accept my flyer and said I had to wait until 9 for sales to sign and approve. So I waited until 9:30am and was told my wait time would be longer so had to reschedule for next day again. They failed to call me on any updates for my vehicle and when it was ready they didn’t notify me as well. I had to be calling Jeep wave or having to call the dealer for any car updates. Also I wish they would of given more detail as to what was done and repaired. Service advisor when I arrived just told me he wasn’t really sure if the car was ready and then I just got handed the paper work. Thank you for repairing my car though!
