I had an appointment for routine service (oil change and tire rotation). I was expected and welcomed. Estimate of time to perform the service was very accurate. All staff members were were professional and courteous.

I had an appointmet to program a Key FOB Transmitter and cut blank key. I was welcomed and the estimated time of completion was right-on-the-mark. It was an excellent experience. I have had multiple Dodge and Jeep vehicles serviced by Palmer DCJ since 2008 and have always been completely satisfied.

They do a good job. But this last oil change they did not put the engine skid plate back on properly. It came loose as I was driving down the highway. They also over tighten my oil catch can with pliers.
