My service rep was awesome. My service rep was awesome. She explained everything and all work was completed timely. I did not meet the service tech but they did a wonderful job. I will recommend this service department to others in the jeep world!

I hate buying cars and I hate dealing with car dealers I hate buying cars and I hate dealing with car dealers but this was truly a pleasure. I bought a 2023 Ford F150 Lariat and was very happy with my sales person Jay and with the finance man Thomas. There was no pressure at all and Jay was very accommodating. The two guys that I dealt with had been there for years which says a lot about the company.

My most recent experience with Palmer Dodge service My most recent experience with Palmer Dodge service department was for an oil change. I was able to wait for the work to be done. The service technicians were friendly and courteous. They were also respectful of my time. The work took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Palmer Dodge maintenance department for any work on my car in the future.
