I had a follow up appointment after Recall service 3 months ago. Since I live out of town, I needed to drop off the vehicle on a Sunday and pick it up on the following Saturday. Drop off was a little concerning, because it was off-property and with very little space to park (on side road in front of gate). I was pleased with the service I received and the timely fashion that it was completed. My only complaint would be I called the day before to schedule the appointment. I gave all my information to the woman from the service department. When I got there the next day for my scheduled appointment…nothing showed up in the system. If you’re going to have people take your information they could at least enter it in the computer system.
