This dealer had the pre owned vehicle I wanted at an This dealer had the pre owned vehicle I wanted at an attractive price. The salesman was polite and efficient. The only downside was the hard sell we received from the Business Manager on extended warranty products - he acted genuinely hurt when I wouldn’t buy any of them! Overall the experience was only a little worse than ordering something online with no dealer interaction.

I made an appointment for a brake & maintenance check on I made an appointment for a brake & maintenance check on a Monday. My Jeep didn’t get looked at til Wednesday and not completed til Friday. My total bill was over $2500. I would have appreciated a courtesy car wash considering they had my Jeep for the entire week.
