Tried to buy a jeep I spent over a week trying to buy a jeep here from Nubian Holmes. While he was very nice, he would not return my phone calls. Imagine in this economy, I had to chase the dealer. I eventually went to Ed Voyles Jeep, where they beat the price, beat the finance rate and gave me $1000 more in trade allowance. I still can't believe the deal Ed Voyles did. I am a customer for life there, and Palmer will never get my business or anyone I talk to about them.
POOR EXPERIENCE I had done my research and was ready to purchase a new Jeep when I recently visited this dealership. I was greeted eagerly but unfortunately not knowledgeably. I test drove the Jeep while the sales associated sat quietly. When I had a question, he seemed to not have a clue what the answer would be and did not bother to ask someone else. Before visiting in person, the internet department quoted a price for me that was $9K different from dealer lot (of course it was a computer "glitch")!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!... read more
