Where’s my car?! I went to buy a new Wrangler. I picked one out and negotiated a deal. When it came time to pick the car up, I did a walk around and found a deep scratch on the passenger side rear fender. I told them that I didn’t want to buy a brand new car with a significant scratch. 3 days and backup camera was still not fixed. I scheduled appointment online for 9am on a Monday to fix backup camera, fix squeak in the steering and check issue with shaking when braking. Next day told nothing found wrong with camera or steering, but would lubricate the steering and do an update on camera/Nav. system. Brake pads worn and wear on rotors so agreed to have replaced., although shaking issue occurring before 60000 miles. Called on Wed car is ready.for pickup and backup camera still not working. Had an appointment but car not looked at until second day Traditionally when you make an appointment that means that a company reserves that time for you. But apparently at this service center appointments are more guidelines or in my case they mean absolutely nothing. I had an appointment to bring my car in, first appointment of the day. 2019 Dodge Ram Rebel I’ve been by trucks here for a very long time. In March of this year I purchased a new truck. After the first few days of ownership I had to come back because the apple car play and radio was not working. They said was a issue with the software and were going to order a new radio. Wouldn't recommend to anyone Poor communication from sales rep. Wouldnt get back to me on a timely manner. I had to email, text, and call office to get in touch. I am out of town so I could not inspect vehicle in person. Had to "trust" Palmers "20 years of business" . My Durango arrived with front blinker not working, wiring next to gas pedal Ziptied together. Car did not have inspection sticker , did not have a temporary license plate, list goes on.

Had car all day w/an appointment scheduled in the morning I had a scheduled appointment to bring the car in at 9:00am. I received a text at 4:00pm that they couldn't look at it as they had been backed up from the day. When I came to pick up the car, the associate took me outdoors out of the customer service area to inform me and to apologize. He wanted me to return on Monday. I made another appointment with a different dealership.

It was the best of times it was the worst of times We purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s Wheeler at Palmers on April 28, 2019. No rental cars! Thomas was great, but the dealership needs to solve their rental car problem. Saying that it's the rental car company's fault is deflecting the blame. And then the part not arriving on the delivery truck was another error. And this was for a new car with 400 miles on it, so had issues on arrival from manufacturer. Again, not their fault, but the rental car situation was ridiculous, and occurred over multiple days.
