Typical Old School Stereotypical Car Dealership Have purchased cars the past seven years from a dealership that epitomizes customer service and completely open and honest. Unfortunately did not have any used cars that met my need for my children so had to go elsewhere and Palmer Dodge reminded me of why I hate car shopping . Lack up front Integrity Initial interaction was good. Issues were only key, missing vacuum parts, scrapes in right side of vehicle, missing headphones. Not the end of the world with the minor issues but would been better if dealer had been up front with those things. Rambox Alignment While Luis was excellent in his assistance, professionalism and courtesy unfortunately the same can't be said of the actual service technicians. The issue was relatively minor as the passenger side Rambox was difficult to close and required significant pressure to close it. After the service the Rmabox was marginally better although is seems to require significant pressure and much more than the driver side box. Bottom line - customer service agent was excellent and technician service was poor.

Never Again Good staff, work performed seems fine, but awful, reactive manager ruined the experience. This is not a hard-to-please customer situation. He was objectively wrong— and later acknowledged and apologized, but even that was unpleasant. Will never be back — for service or to buy my next Ram.

Your Vehicle is Ready, Not Ready My wife brought our 2016 Dodge Durango in to be serviced on 7/23/19 because it was running rough and the check engine light was on. The service department found shorted out ignition coils and spark plugs fouled out. A complete fuel induction service was done at our request too. We were notified the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up on 7/31/19, over a week after being dropped off. Warranty Claim I took my truck in for a transmission warranty claim which I bought the warranty from them when I purchased the truck. Not only did they have my truck over a month plus, but they didn't even fully complete the job or fix it as I'm still having transmission issues. Additionally the service rep Winston would never provide me updates or call back the many times I left a message inquiring about my vehicle. Don’t recommend service department Employees were rude and not helpful on the phone multiple times with multiple different employees. No one greeted us at the door or acted willing to help at all. Two employees were rolling their eyes at each other and seemed very upset with each other while dealing with customers. They had the keys to the vehicles not sorted correctly. Not to mention very overpriced. Recommend going elsewhere if your car needs servicing!

Unprofessional Experience I had a horrible experience with this dealership. It’s been over a month since I purchased my used vehicle. Among several cosmetic and mechanical issues that weren’t addressed I also still haven’t received a tag or license plate. The bank I financed the purchase with also just notified me that Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram never sent a copy of my title or lien to them, which is going to change my interest rate. My wife was pressured into services she did not understand See above.... Service team was not clear on exactly what recommended items needed ASAP would cost. Items were not needed ASAP. They were rushed... Not available.... And used pressure tactics to pressure a female into purchasing services not needed, not requested. Very questionable business practices.
