2019 Dodge Ram Rebel I’ve been by trucks here for a very long time. In March of this year I purchased a new truck. After the first few days of ownership I had to come back because the apple car play and radio was not working. They said was a issue with the software and were going to order a new radio. Wouldn't recommend to anyone Poor communication from sales rep. Wouldnt get back to me on a timely manner. I had to email, text, and call office to get in touch. I am out of town so I could not inspect vehicle in person. Had to "trust" Palmers "20 years of business" . My Durango arrived with front blinker not working, wiring next to gas pedal Ziptied together. Car did not have inspection sticker , did not have a temporary license plate, list goes on.

Had car all day w/an appointment scheduled in the morning I had a scheduled appointment to bring the car in at 9:00am. I received a text at 4:00pm that they couldn't look at it as they had been backed up from the day. When I came to pick up the car, the associate took me outdoors out of the customer service area to inform me and to apologize. He wanted me to return on Monday. I made another appointment with a different dealership.

It was the best of times it was the worst of times We purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s Wheeler at Palmers on April 28, 2019. We had been searching for awhile for a Wrangler that met our criteria, and found one at Palmers. We called the dealer and spoke to Dan Dickson. Oil change The girl that was outside to check me in was rude. Also, we I got home and looked at the papers the technician had checked off I had windshield wiper fluid.,.. I had none.

No rental cars! Thomas was great, but the dealership needs to solve their rental car problem. Saying that it's the rental car company's fault is deflecting the blame. And then the part not arriving on the delivery truck was another error. And this was for a new car with 400 miles on it, so had issues on arrival from manufacturer. Again, not their fault, but the rental car situation was ridiculous, and occurred over multiple days.

Concerning Purchasing a vehicle from Palmer was efficient and I thought a great process until I realized I had left a CD in the vehicle that I traded in and needed that CD for school. I called Dan the salesman and explained the situation and he said he would check the car and mail it to me. While I realize leaving the CD in the car was 100% my fault, I cannot get a response from Dan now that we have left the dealer with our purchased vehicle. Beware I chose to have my vehicle towed to Palmer Dodge partially because it wouldn't start (it was showing low voltage on the dashboard gauge) but mainly because there were 2 safety recalls that needed attention (real axle and driver airbag inflator). After running the $140 diagnostic, I am told I need a new catalytic converter and O2 sensors - $2,300, but they can have it ready the next day. Greedy, High Fees, Terrible Dealer Would avoid this Dealer! Have extremely high Dealer Fee $799, Some BOGUS $190 Fee, and High Tag and Title Fee for a Florida of $390. They are not willing to work with you much on price. This is truly a greedy, terrible place to buy a used car. BEWARE!!!
