Still leaking roof , now out of warranty and they want 1000 The new Jeep roof has leaked from day one , had it in twice over the 4 years to be fixed , now it is out of warranty and now they want $1000 for something that we thought was fixed the second time it was in !!! Their motto is that Jeeps leak .. and just deal with it !

Bad experience Dropped off car to have oil change, service shifter light on, and vent replaced. Didnt hear from anyone for over 24 hrs, I had to call and told car wasnt looked at, would be at least monday (this was friday). When picked car up was told everything was fine. Drove it 2 days later and service shifter light came on again. Took it to another dealership who is now replacing the shifter under warranty. Very disappointed with whole experience

Bad customer service and Bad communication I went for a recall (V41) for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and was told i dont need one. They made me wait for 2 hours before telling me they are out of the part and i had to come back to get it done.No one came to inform me. After waiting for 2 hours, i thought to check with the Service Dept and found my car running outside the door(who knows since how long). Bad customer service, Bad communication, Bad experience.

3 hours is too long for and Oil Change My service person was great but the fact that it took 3 hours for an oil change and then the service tech over fills the oil and then check engine light comes on and O2 filter goes bad was simply a bad day for everyone. Yes mistakes happen.

Poor Service Came in for tire balance/rotation and oil change. Waited in store. Called to pick up car, only oil change was completed. Totally disregarded my request for the tire balance/rotation.

Shady dealership. Zero customer service Paid $50k for a used viper. $55k after TTT. Get it home and notice a horrible smell. Found dead mine and mice feces throughout the entire car. I told them I need new carpet that I would try and clean it. I gutted the car cleaned everything with bleach. Replaced the carpet which they made me pay for $500 of it. No luck. Typical Old School Stereotypical Car Dealership Have purchased cars the past seven years from a dealership that epitomizes customer service and completely open and honest. Lack up front Integrity Initial interaction was good. Issues were only key, missing vacuum parts, scrapes in right side of vehicle, missing headphones. Not the end of the world with the minor issues but would been better if dealer had been up front with those things. Rambox Alignment While Luis was excellent in his assistance, professionalism and courtesy unfortunately the same can't be said of the actual service technicians. The issue was relatively minor as the passenger side Rambox was difficult to close and required significant pressure to close it. After the service the Rmabox was marginally better although is seems to require significant pressure and much more than the driver side box. Bottom line - customer service agent was excellent and technician service was poor.
