Unbelievable thieves I have purchased four jeeps from this dealership over the last ten years, and was a loyal customer until this week when I brought my jeep in because my rear tail light was not working. Palmer Dodge diagnosed the problem and determined that I needed a new rear tail light assembly, which they quoted as costing $751 to replace. I have had the worst experience here. I bought a new... I have had the worst experience here. I bought a new redeye hellcat that I've had some issues with and these guys, with the exception of a few, are terrible. My brother also bought a trackhawk from palmer. When we got there and the salesman saw us, he handed us off to the youngest salesman there. Disappointing and Incompetence I think those words some up my visit. I have had problems with my shifter not allowing me to get out of park before. I actually sent it to this dealership. The first time was 4 years after the car was built and this time was 8 years after the recall so I guess that is good. Apparently I am supposed to be happy that the tech stayed late to finish something that he missed on the first inspection. After having my car seen, was told I had a faulty... After having my car seen, was told I had a faulty transfer case. Turns out when getting a second opinion that was not the case at all. Palmer failed to find the real issue a faulty wheel bearing. Palmer wanted almost 6k for something not needed. Will not be returning.

Ppor communication I chose Palmer Dodge to handle a problem with my wife's van. We made an appointment and I was on time for that appointment. I took advantage of your driver to drop me off at work, about 3 miles away. Your courtesy driver was the highlight of my service. She did great! I had to follow-up on the status of my car the afternoon of the day I dropped it off. (I dropped off at 7:30, called at 2 PM.)
