I’m not impressed w/ the Service at Palmer Dodge. The... I’m not impressed w/ the Service at Palmer Dodge. The general atmosphere is simply not one with a customer first mentality. The initial greeting, the handoff from the porter to the service representative, the dress code are all weak. The process of picking up my vehicle was even worst, no thank you, no eye contact, just here’s your Jeep. Brought my car in for a service oil change and to get an... Brought my car in for a service oil change and to get an issue fixed on my car. The oil change was taken care of but the main reason I brought my car in was to get this issue repaired. They did not repair nor contacted me to schedule a day to repair like I was told. My car is still not fixed I have only good things to say about the staff, especially Michael. Even though I could see they were run off their feet Michael managed to get me in really quickly as I told him I needed my car for work. He was very professional and explained everything. My car was 'repaired' on Saturday morning but I knew something was not quite right on Sunday. On Monday the same issue happened again. Disappointed This is our second vehicle purchased and serviced at Palmer. We have had an issue with the vehicle for a couple of months. I have taken it in and my concerns dismissed. Still having the issue I insisted that they look at it it. They decided to order parts that we needed to wait for. We are always the ones calling to check in to see if the parts have arrived. We leave a message and never receive a call back. It is beyond frustrating!

Confusing diagnostic and costly repair The service department was asked to do a diagnostic on our 2014 Jeep Patriot because the check engine light was on. Initially, Roberto said it would cost $150 for the diagnostic. After the initial diagnostic, he came back and said additional diagnostics were required, the cost would be $2,400 and the repairs could range up to $8,700. Simple KeyFob replacement that will now take 2 visits Not sure the interaction my daughter had with the service tech, but she waited an hour and 1/2 for what should've been a simple Key Fob replacement--under warranty--and she returned home with the same inoperative key fob! It was obviously inop (not a simple battery replacement), and stranded her a in Atlanta. Staff not wearing masks!!...when picking up the car,... Staff not wearing masks!!...when picking up the car, alarming fumes coming out of exhaustion tube made personnel come out of their office. Mr Murray provides good customer service.

Told via phone issue w backup said to come and would be... Told via phone issue w backup said to come and would be while I wait appt. Was told no oil change needed when asked. Came and told that I needed $1k in tires and would be a while b4 they could look at car. Had to get ride home. Called several hours later. Couldn't find problem. Called again. Still couldn't find problem. One week later, low oil light came on and backup camera not working again.

won't be back Your dealership charged me $166 to diagnose a problem that this dealership cause to my car. Your estimate to fix this the problem was $766, got it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing for less than $300. Needless to say I won't be doing business with this dealership again, and I certainly won't be recommending your dealership to anyone.
