It seem to start out good, but then he lost his cool when I asked questions and whys, as a service manager you deal with many problems and issues but to never tell a paying customer of thousands of dollars that you don’t want to work on a car or truck because you didn’t fix it right the 1st time. But thank for almost killing me by not tightening up my starring nut 😩 you went from a 90 to failing. Because you made it seem as if it was my fault 😔, thanks!
I have taken my car here for years. Ill take it for... I have taken my car here for years. Ill take it for service n 2 weeks later I will have to take my vehicle back for the same issues. I just had a transmission put in and I really hope that I don't have to go back in 2 weeks. We will see.

Left HID headlight out. Quoted $381 for bulb... Left HID headlight out. Quoted $381 for bulb replacement. Did not accept. Picked car up, bulb and hardware in passenger seat. CAI loose with hoses and sensor disconnected. Ordered new bulb and still didn't work. Found that 20 amp mini fuse was blown. Replaced and now working. I also cleaned the filthy throttle body and reassembled all connectors and hoses. Works great now and spend 5 bucks. What can I say except that the service sucked.. Complaining doesn't help. Customer service was weak. Inquired details to be... Customer service was weak. Inquired details to be further explained for work required. Push back and vague response. Asked regarding potential warranty for why I was told both calipers complete failure requiring replacement to include new rotors as well. Told $49 for estimate then told later $150 when wanted to get second opinion. Ultimately after arguing got back to $49 yet added $200 document fee and $4.00 environmental fee as well. Service personnel have the personality of a wet mop.... Service personnel have the personality of a wet mop. Still can’t believe that when I am In the waiting area I am called to let me know my car is ready. A little more personalize service would go a long way! Come personally let us know our vehicles are ready. Almost embarrassed to say this is my 3rd Palmer purchase and it has done nothing but go downhill.

The extended warranty they sold me did not even cover the... The extended warranty they sold me did not even cover the software update nor does it cover the consul with the handle fell off of. They don’t wash or clean your vehicle but want to sell you a tuneup for $1800 this will be the last time I go to Palmer
My last 3 of 3 services have resulted in return visits.... My last 3 of 3 services have resulted in return visits. Components not being reconnected leading to my car breaking down, oil spilled in my engine and not cleaned up, coolant issue not resolved leading to my car breaking down 2 miles away from the service center.
