Left HID headlight out. Quoted $381 for bulb... Left HID headlight out. Quoted $381 for bulb replacement. Did not accept. Picked car up, bulb and hardware in passenger seat. CAI loose with hoses and sensor disconnected. Ordered new bulb and still didn't work. Found that 20 amp mini fuse was blown. Replaced and now working. Asked regarding potential warranty for why I was told both calipers complete failure requiring replacement to include new rotors as well. Service personnel have the personality of a wet mop.... Service personnel have the personality of a wet mop. Still can’t believe that when I am In the waiting area I am called to let me know my car is ready. A little more personalize service would go a long way! Come personally let us know our vehicles are ready. Almost embarrassed to say this is my 3rd Palmer purchase and it has done nothing but go downhill.

The extended warranty they sold me did not even cover the... The extended warranty they sold me did not even cover the software update nor does it cover the consul with the handle fell off of. They don’t wash or clean your vehicle but want to sell you a tuneup for $1800 this will be the last time I go to Palmer
My last 3 of 3 services have resulted in return visits.... My last 3 of 3 services have resulted in return visits. Components not being reconnected leading to my car breaking down, oil spilled in my engine and not cleaned up, coolant issue not resolved leading to my car breaking down 2 miles away from the service center. Poor Service after the sale Over three weeks after delivery this dealer has not delivered on the promises they made. Service after the sale is what counts. After many, many phone call, texts and emails this dealer just can't get it right. They charged me $299 + tax to tint two windows. Delivered the car with no tint. Promised a refund, then after two weeks of chasing them they said they would send a check for $195. I called again and they agreed to credit me for the full amount. Normally I have great experience this last time NOT at all Most of the time I have a great experience with this company. This last time was horrible. The gentleman in the service center that I worked with was rude.
