I’ve had 2 service dealings with this location since... I’ve had 2 service dealings with this location since buying a used 2019 Jeep elsewhere. One was for a recall, which they performed but took the entire day to accomplish, and one was to remove locking lug nuts from my wheels because the key did not come with my jeep. They took an hour to do this and then charged me $150 for it after not giving me an estimate up front at all (so I naively assumed it would be free/cheap).
