Poor Service after the sale Over three weeks after delivery this dealer has not delivered on the promises they made. Service after the sale is what counts. After many, many phone call, texts and emails this dealer just can't get it right. They charged me $299 + tax to tint two windows. Delivered the car with no tint. My car is still not fixed I have only good things to say about the staff, especially Michael. Even though I could see they were run off their feet Michael managed to get me in really quickly as I told him I needed my car for work. He was very professional and explained everything. My car was 'repaired' on Saturday morning but I knew something was not quite right on Sunday. On Monday the same issue happened again. Disappointed This is our second vehicle purchased and serviced at Palmer. We have had an issue with the vehicle for a couple of months. I have taken it in and my concerns dismissed. Still having the issue I insisted that they look at it it. They decided to order parts that we needed to wait for. We are always the ones calling to check in to see if the parts have arrived. We leave a message and never receive a call back. It is beyond frustrating!
Confusing diagnostic and costly repair The service department was asked to do a diagnostic on our 2014 Jeep Patriot because the check engine light was on. Initially, Roberto said it would cost $150 for the diagnostic. After the initial diagnostic, he came back and said additional diagnostics were required, the cost would be $2,400 and the repairs could range up to $8,700. Simple KeyFob replacement that will now take 2 visits Not sure the interaction my daughter had with the service tech, but she waited an hour and 1/2 for what should've been a simple Key Fob replacement--under warranty--and she returned home with the same inoperative key fob! It was obviously inop (not a simple battery replacement), and stranded her a in Atlanta.
