Absolutely awful!!!! Everything was good when ordering... Absolutely awful!!!! Everything was good when ordering car and getting it delivered but had a spot they said would fix and never have heard back. We are out of state from purchase and was told to get estimate and they would fix. Well have estimate and everything else and keep getting run around about what to tell dealership who is paying for it. Have all the text message exchange and tired of messing with you about it.

Went in for a simple oil change. Everything was pleasant... Went in for a simple oil change. Everything was pleasant until checkout. My vehicle was mixed up/mistaken for someone else’s and my receipt had someone else’s name on it. Hiram told me my service wasn’t affected, only the paperwork. Now I’m not so sure because I’m having issues with my vehicle ever since. I believe additional/unnecessary service was performed in my vehicle and it’s overheating after 10 minutes of driving and that wasn’t happening before😡😡😡
Brought the Wrangler in for wandering steering issue but... Brought the Wrangler in for wandering steering issue but they said it was normal for jeeps to not stay in center of lane. They said the mechanic drove on hwy but only a few miles on the odometer from when I dropped it off. Not enough to make it to GA400. Left that dealership and drove straight to another. Palmer is great for oil changes but the mechanics are not good enough for Jeep loyalist.

Already having to replace the back tires, because the tread is gone. The sales manager hung up the phone on me when I asked him about it. Once you buy the car from them your screwed.. underwhelmed not even sure all the work I requested was done. I requested oil change, tire rotation, and to set air pressure on tires, as I had uneven distribution. All but the front passenger side tire were overinflated, front passenger under inflated. I got in my jeep, no sticker reminder of when to next come in, and all my tires showed the exact same issue with inflation or under-inflation, all in the exact same spot, leading me to believe I paid for a tire rotation that didn't happen. My service at Palmer missed the mark in so many ways.... My service at Palmer missed the mark in so many ways. From the horrible arrival/checking process, to the discussions and ultimate non-resolution of the services I needed done, to the lack of a loaner car (even though I had reserved it online), I was frustrated and underwhelmed from the moment I arrived until I drove off the lot. I will never take my Jeep back to Palmer for service.

Car Salesman telling you anything to get the sale Bought a car last Monday -- took 2 days for them to "replace the soft top" given all the GA pollen. Car arrived with just as dirty a top -- not a new one for sure -- Salesman wouldn't return my calls -- Not the experience you want when you buy a new car -- took a lot of the joy out of the new car that I've been saving for years for -- Don't use this group.
