Simple said and not getting in details, just avoid their service department. 4 bays only that looks like a mom&pops shop, mechanics that do not care to put back what they took off or even repair what they damaged, got the car back dirty, no shuttle or loaner, no parking spaces, dirty, a complete sham. Bought the car there and serviced there, and each time an issue. Now that my service agreement expired, I will never go back, ever!
