Almost 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is simply... Almost 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is simply unacceptable. In fact a car that was behind me in line was worked on long before mine. If this happens again, you will loose my oil change business.
Took my truck in and a service guy told me a safety... Took my truck in and a service guy told me a safety recall had completed and it wasn’t actually done. When confronted he said he assumed it had been done. Dealership owner/ manager is great to deal with but actual service department is not good at all. This is my second issue with them that had to be corrected by the owner.

No one even apologized for the wait. I was at the dealership ar 7:20AM. Just Pathetic I missed two appointments due to their total incompetence

So, 2 weeks after taking delivery I had to take it in for service where I live. Also, I cannot get anyone to call me back about my paperwork. My temporary tag is about to expire and my paperwork hasn't shown up at my local tag office.
The price for the service was significantly different... The price for the service was significantly different than what was advertised on their website. When this was brought to the service writer’s attention he said they knew the website was wrong but I would have to take it up with the service manager who wasn’t there. They would listen to my wife who took my Wrangler in and only believed me when my wife called and handed over her phone. There were other problems as well which just made this a terrible experience.

The speed sensor had to be ordered and I was told that I could come in the following week to get it installed.
