I lost my key so I called them to get another made. I... I lost my key so I called them to get another made. I came with several older keys to the same model jeep so I could get a back up. They said we will get you taken care of. They ended up charging me 70$ for a new key plus 95$ for it to be programmed. They told me they other keys couldn't be programmed. They took my keys and said they don't know what happened to them. On top of that, the key won't work on the door, just the ignition.

When the Jeep was brought back in for service, no parts were ordered. This is not the first time this has happened. Very dissatisfied.

Poor communication, lack of follow up and even if there’s a mistake they won’t return your call. They only want your money. The sign outside their dealership about consistently is misguiding, because you can also be consistently bad.
