Purchased from out of state. Lots of damage on the... Purchased from out of state. Lots of damage on the vehicle that wasn’t disclosed prior to a 9 hour drive to take delivery. Taillights not working. Rear parking sensors not working. Several dents and front bumper has several large holes drilled into it near the frame.

Service was sufficient; pre-purchased oil service and... Service was sufficient; pre-purchased oil service and tire rotation. What I did not appreciate is the technician trying to push an unnecessary $200 service. It was a typical scam attempt, and customers should not feel like they are being ripped off. The vehicle is still fairly new, under warranty, and I'm proficient enough in automotive technology to fix the recommended service myself by simply cleaning parts for less than $10. I took the car back for service listed everything out that I wanted done, they took my car and when it was returned they had everything checked off as complete but did absolutely nothing.
