Showed up for my appt and they advised they had nothing in the system for my appt. Then they said they would need to keep my car for a maximum of 2 days as they couldn't get it done in 2 hours which was previously promised. Typically it’s great customer service, and make you/vehicle feels welcome. I’m tired of the long wait times, and lack of communication.
