Have had my 2022 truck into the service department three Have had my 2022 truck into the service department three times for the same issue. It has still not been corrected after multiple weeks in the shop. Under warranty, but has been in the shop the majority of the time I have owned it. Needs to go back yet again after picking up yesterday. Will not make the mistake of taking it back to Palmer EVER again. Beware.

We wrote in the contract that they would replace the windshield. It's been a horrible experience trying to get them to honor their word/contract with the replacement, or return calls to me with an ETA. In one week, I have two guaranteed new jeep buyers, who I will refer to other dealers for their purchase.
