The service advisor Kimberly did not represent the company or this dealership well. I called to get the seat buckle replaced on my Jeep. I asked for an appointment which she did set, but when I arrived she informed me that I would need to leave my car for several days until they ordered the seat buckle. It took 2 visits to correct the problem. It took 2 visits to correct the problem. The original diagnosis was incomplete and the parts provided were incorrect. The original problem was the key fob for my 2006 Chrysler 300 and the trunk latch was inoperable. The repair included the cutting and programming of two new keys, which were cut from Jeep blanks . Called to report a mechanical issue that surprised us as Called to report a mechanical issue that surprised us as we drove, and spent 20 minutes on the phone detailing the experience. Left the vehicle with them for more than a week and they could not diagnose the issue and said they need to speak with us again about it. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told I went for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told it would take an hour and a half. I am not sure why this is considered an express service. Pretty disappointed with the efficiency at this service center.

Made the appointment a week in advance & when I arrived Made the appointment a week in advance & when I arrived the service writer (Kim) had no record it the appointment. Was told she could work my car in. I brought my Chrysler Pacifica in with a steering concern & was told I would need to leave the car for 2 days. When I was called by Kim I was told that the diagnosis would be $199. I feel this is extremely exorbitant. They lie about services done. They lie about services done. I took my car for service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.,) However, I discovered my tires were never rotated. I will return to complete service.

Dealer charges an exceedingly high doc fee of $900. Dealer charges an exceedingly high doc fee of $900. They also say that they will not honor an advertised internet price unless you trade in a vehicle. This is not stated anywhere on their site. They don’t even fill up the gas tank when you buy a car. Be prepared, do your homework and be ready to negotiate at this dealership!

Called week before and set up service for oil change and Called week before and set up service for oil change and take care of a couple of recalls. Dropped vehicle off at 0900 on Monday and they kept it until 1700 Tuesday. Service Rep said they ordered parts for recalls on Monday and he only had 1 diesel tech. I'm still trying to figure out why they needed a diesel tech to change oil, replace TPS fittings, and clear a recall for fuel pump.

We asked for the tires to be rotated. We asked for the tires to be rotated. The service advisor told my husband this had been done. It was an out right lie as the tires had not in fact been rotated. We had to make a special trip back to have this tire rotation completed
