When I showed up, after making an online appointment and speaking to someone, the people behind the counter were extremely rude and kept passing me off to each other, basically fighting to not have another client. They then had my car, told me it would take them 3 days. 3 weeks later, it was still not completed. I eventually came and got my car and took it else where.

Super irritating when I ONLY asked for an oil change. And they tried to charge me $180 for a rear differiental service, do they think I'm an idiot? No fitler, one quart of 75w80 is $7.50 on Amazon. $180? Wow, what a rip off. Really, really makes me not want to ever go back, and I am considering buying a brand new Ram 2500 Diesel truck. Your loss.
Poor customer service. Poor customer service. Rude and short with customers like we don’t understand our own cars. No one ever picks up the phone. High turnover rate with service reps. You have to ask a lot of questions to finally get an answer about why you came there or else they won’t explain what’s wrong with your car. Overall never coming back.
