Sales manager actually applied for credit before a car Sales manager actually applied for credit before a car was purchased - completely unapproved. Sales manager refused to let drive the vehicle before a purchase was agreed to. Financing is more than 2% higher rates than literally advertised by same bank but would not agree to price unless we agreed to accept their financing (note - this is NOT the finance person - this is sales manager, not even the primary sales person).

As a customer with a service contract, I’ve always brought my vehicle for oil changes. Never have I needed to bring up my service contract to the service writer.
