I brought my jeep last week with the issue of headlights I brought my jeep last week with the issue of headlights turning on and off by themselves. Only to return to the dealer for the same issue. I paid over $600 and I do not plan to pay any more than that. There’s no reason why I need to come back. The part was only less than 200 and the labor was over $400.
Service was awful. Service was awful. I’ve spent likely over $15k in service and was very disappointed with latest service. Ironically in the market for a new vehicle and this service will eliminate me purchasing a vehicle from Palmer.

We came in for an express service. We came in for an express service. The service advisor, Andrew, said we would receive a text when the vehicle was ready. 2 hours later and no text message. When we went to service to understand what was going on, they said that Andrew had gone on break and that the vehicle had been ready for a while. When I buy a new Jeep, which we will soon, I will not be coming back to Palmer. Get your act together.

S L O W. S L O W. Not busy at all, took way too long for an oil change and tire rotation.
It took 3. It took 3.5 hours for a basic oil change while I waited. Finally went to see what was going on and found the advisor had gone to lunch and my keys had been sitting on the desk outside for 30 min. I had to find someone to check me out. Glad no one walked up and picked up the keys and left with my GC. Not planning to return.

He only called me to tell me what the problem was after I didn't respond immediately to his ALL CAPITAL LETTER text which was confusing. I serviced my vehicle in full confidence that an authorized Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership would provide me with outstanding customer service and quality repairs. Instead, I was given terrible customer service and my vehicle exhibited the same service errors the same day I picked it up.
