Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair & my vehicle was Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair & my vehicle was returned to me damaged (the panel encasing the driver seat airbag was damaged & left exposing the airbag). Service department stated it was brought in that way, which was false. I was told the manager had to approve a replacement part, but my call still has not been returned as to when this is happening.
We have had our vehicle in a few times for warranty and We have had our vehicle in a few times for warranty and recall work, and the service has always been polite, but their ability to solve the most basic of issues is upsetting. Everyone is always nice in the front office, and dropoff is always smooth. But other than that, everything else is below average. First off. Came and purchased my son a Jeep for his 16th birthday . Came and purchased my son a Jeep for his 16th birthday . Surprised him with it at his pool party that night in front of all his friends. The next day, the jeep broke down! Not even 24 hours later. Crushed my son heart. All I could think of was the salesman telling me that all there used cars go through this huge inspection.

Also , dealership still owes me $272 on my trade but still hasn’t mailed the check. Seems the “after the sale” attention is quite lacking here
