Was not a great experience at all. Was not a great experience at all. I ordered 3 specific services and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, additional service was on the invoice and the charge for it was expensive. I did not ask for this specific service and the representative checking me out was not willing to listen to me or remove the charge. There wasn’t even any options for credit on my next scheduling maintenance to mitigate the error made. Overall very unfortunate situation.

David was very responsive and offered to correct it at my earliest convenience. 2nd attempt, his staff had no urgency and only perform the tire rotation. I asked the tech about the 23pt inspection, he said he didn't do it, but then changed his story when David asked him and made up some vague results. Not even a refund since I had to pay for another diagnostics somewhere else because you guys got it wrong. Mind you this was after I called over four times and got hung up on three times.
