Sadly so far No wheel lock socket or owners manual…My wife had better communication W/Mike….Negotiations were short and paid full price! They did help w/$1000 shipping.

I went in for an abnormal noise that has not presented I went in for an abnormal noise that has not presented itself in a few days. I was told they would not charge me if nothing was found. The service tech came back with a body creak noise that was not of my concern. The vehicle has >175,000 miles. Of course if creaks. Since they found an issue, irrelevant of my primary concern, I was still charged $200. Shameful to charge me for something that never needed to be addressed.

Overall, service dept lacks service. Some of the reps are good but there is a general “don’t give a xxxx” attitude that’s prevalent.

I will never use Palmer Dodge for any more service work on any of my vehicles, and I will never buy another vehicle from there again either.
Unprofessional and rude. Unprofessional and rude. I went in to buy a battery and have it installed. Battery was 300 and they wanted to charge me an extra 180 just to put in it. It literally takes 5 minutes to put a battery in. I don’t understand the outrageous price to have it installed, So I just bought the battery and when I picked my vehicle up they put the battery on my back seat instead of on the floor.(seats are white) They didn’t use the paper seat covers when they got inside my vehicle so grease and dirty stuff got a... read more
No Follow through. No Follow through.... Truly Disappointing When I really needed there assistance with my car being lock with key in it. At the sale we paid for an extra key. They sent me a blank Key so I couldn't unlock My ACR Viper. Now its been 6 days and still no key. Appears they only care about the sale....
