I made a proposal on a car to be bought thru Enterprise I made a proposal on a car to be bought thru Enterprise Fleet on saturday close of business, they promised me to hold up to monday. Monday morning Enterprise contacter Palmer and asked all papers to move on. Monday afternoon was all set and at around 4pm Palmer sold the car to other person. This is terrible customer experience!

Took my vehicle in to have new tires put on. Took my vehicle in to have new tires put on. Dealer scratched my vehicle in the process. It took the 3 months to get my car fixed. I called week after week and finally they said they had a loaner car. Called to make plans and all the sudden the loaner car had a broken windshield. I made it known I was very disappointed in the way they had been treating me. Finally they offered to pay for a rental car so they could have my vehicle and make the necessary paint repair.

We were assured that if she had her vehicle in by 2pm on Thursday, we would have the warranty work complete by the time she left on Sunday. It wasn’t. The part was missing from the delivery. The receptionists were very dismissive, as a first time The receptionists were very dismissive, as a first time visitor at this location they left a bad impression. When first walking into the service building each receptionist looked at me didn’t greet me until minutes later. I’m not sure why the energy was off, but as a customer I did not feel welcomed.
