Brought Ram 1500 Ecodiesel for oil change and recall. Brought Ram 1500 Ecodiesel for oil change and recall. Took 3 days even though scheduled 2 weeks in advance. “Tech behind” 1st day (only 1 diesel tech?). 2nd day needed parts to complete recall (not ordered when brought in or when scheduled?). Also got fuel filter change and now have an intermittent “water in filter, please drain” code. When I drain, there is no water in the fuel filter.

Keep my car for several days to say nothing was wrong with the diagnostic. Replaced a battery (which could have been done at Autozone) and adjusted my moon roof for just about $1,000.

I could not me more upset about buying this Wagoneer from Palmer Dodge. I have had nothing but issues with the car ever since I bought it. If the car was not paid off I would get rid of it in a second.

Very disappointing experience. Very disappointing experience. Apparently service advisor dont know how to her job or dont want to. Never picked my call or never gave any proper update. Her attitude was like I was getting something free from them. Needless to say, I bought the car I wanted from a different dealership. Won’t even contact this one again.
