I am disappointed in the fact that my car has already I am disappointed in the fact that my car has already been back 2 times after leasing it about a month ago but hopefully will get it back soon. I appreciate the nice loaner cars while I wait.

Oil change techs seam to be going through the process but Oil change techs seam to be going through the process but not skilled in doing Recalls, need to have people confirm recalls who are adequately trained and experienced. With the construction check-in process is not clear to those who are not familiar with what is the process.

This dealer pushes junk products like first mile extended This dealer pushes junk products like first mile extended warranty into your finance and pressures you to finance even if you want to pay cash in order to honor a price. The dealer claims to be waiting in a refund from first mile, but first mile claims they never received a single dollar from the dealer. Hello GM - Watch your sales floor!

I had to bring my 2016 Dodge EcoDiesel in for a fuel pump I had to bring my 2016 Dodge EcoDiesel in for a fuel pump recall. Unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t great. The vehicle was at the dealership for a full week, and we never received a call letting us know it was ready for pickup. After having my car there, it is doing the same thing as After having my car there, it is doing the same thing as before you had it. I told Hiram that it wouldnt start, and then it did. Now it wont start again, so even getting the're is going to be difficult!!!

We have had nothing short of the absolute worst We have had nothing short of the absolute worst experience at this dealership!! Terrible customer service! Once you sign the papers they drop you as far as treating you well. I will never go to this dealership again, and we have a big family with lots of drivers!
