The service managers are great (communicate regularly, The service managers are great (communicate regularly, always professional) but I question the thoroughness of the techs. I had a standard oil change and tire rotation. As I was about to leave, I noticed not all of the lugnuts were tightened as part of the tire rotation. 1 was visibly loose, stuck well pass the Lug hole. It was placed by hand but never tightened. I was massively oversold on things that didn’t need I was massively oversold on things that didn’t need doing. We went elsewhere and got tires and alignment for $500 less than the price you quoted, and the $4000 ‘leak’ in the radiator was nonexistent. We have been customers for nearly 30 years but won’t be coming back.

I made a proposal on a car to be bought thru Enterprise I made a proposal on a car to be bought thru Enterprise Fleet on saturday close of business, they promised me to hold up to monday. Monday morning Enterprise contacter Palmer and asked all papers to move on. Monday afternoon was all set and at around 4pm Palmer sold the car to other person. This is terrible customer experience!

1- wait 3 weeks for the Repair of my ram. 1- wait 3 weeks for the Repair of my ram. 2- I called to see why they were delayed and they told me that they were waiting for parts 3- the last thing they told me the mechanic had left a tool in the engine and that the tool had damaged a part and they ordered it that's why they had delayed more time.

Took my vehicle in to have new tires put on. Took my vehicle in to have new tires put on. Dealer scratched my vehicle in the process. It took the 3 months to get my car fixed. I called week after week and finally they said they had a loaner car. Called to make plans and all the sudden the loaner car had a broken windshield. I made it known I was very disappointed in the way they had been treating me. Finally they offered to pay for a rental car so they could have my vehicle and make the necessary paint repair.

We called ahead to discuss the repairs to our daughter’s We called ahead to discuss the repairs to our daughter’s jeep who is away at college. We were assured that if she had her vehicle in by 2pm on Thursday, we would have the warranty work complete by the time she left on Sunday. It wasn’t. The part was missing from the delivery. Even with an appointment, a simple oil change took two Even with an appointment, a simple oil change took two hours. This isn't the first bad experience we've had at this facility. It's certainly changed out future plans to lease another Jeep. Our time is far too valuable.
