Unprofessional and rude. Unprofessional and rude. I went in to buy a battery and have it installed. Battery was 300 and they wanted to charge me an extra 180 just to put in it. It literally takes 5 minutes to put a battery in. No Follow through. No Follow through.... Truly Disappointing When I really needed there assistance with my car being lock with key in it. At the sale we paid for an extra key. They sent me a blank Key so I couldn't unlock My ACR Viper. Now its been 6 days and still no key. Appears they only care about the sale....

I am getting my car back to dealership 3rd time and the I am getting my car back to dealership 3rd time and the problem is still not fixed. It's been over 2 months since I am not able to operate the car. I get the car back saying the problem is fixed and the problem resurfaces right back. To make it worse, this dealership is out of rental vehicle most of the times. Very frustrating. However, the service advisor - Luis has been very good in communicating back quickly and doing what he can.
Done here. Done here...not going to subject myself to bad service anymore. I was there for an oil change and was told everything was checked and my car was good. Less than 2 weeks later I'm back with a fried battery that would have been noticed if it really had been checked! Then I wait 2 hours only for the service guy to be chatting it up with another person instead of calling me while my car just sat there ready for me to pick it up.
