I purchased a 2022 RAM TRX pre-owned with 1,500 miles I purchased a 2022 RAM TRX pre-owned with 1,500 miles without seeing it, trusting it would be as expected, especially since I paid $106k (MSRP). Unfortunately, it has scratches on the dash tray and a big scratch and a small rusty hole on the front bumper. I've told them about it, but there's been no resolution. Both parts have to be replaced.

Sales manager actually applied for credit before a car Sales manager actually applied for credit before a car was purchased - completely unapproved. Sales manager refused to let drive the vehicle before a purchase was agreed to. Financing is more than 2% higher rates than literally advertised by same bank but would not agree to price unless we agreed to accept their financing (note - this is NOT the finance person - this is sales manager, not even the primary sales person).
