Felt dismissed. I swung by with a 2016 vehicle. I was interested in replacing it with a new same type Vehicle that is MSRP 85k+-. First the bad: Palmer refused to service the glow plugs First the bad: Palmer refused to service the glow plugs in my Jeep eco-diesel unless I agreed to waive their responsibility for breaking one and further required that I agree to the cost of replacing the head if they did break off a glow plug for an estimated $4200.
