Terrible dealership! Terrible dealership! Caused an oil leak & refused to fix it- made up a different issue and wanted to charge me $1500. I got a third opinion and Palmer in fact caused the oil leak.
The print out shows a code and recommended to replace DPF The print out shows a code and recommended to replace DPF 4300.00 they did NOT run a regen process or try to do anything else. I had 2 other shops tell me to run a Regen which fixed the problem for less that 300.00 I am not happy to report this but it is what it is.

Unfortunately, it has scratches on the dash tray and a big scratch and a small rusty hole on the front bumper. I've told them about it, but there's been no resolution. Both parts have to be replaced.

2022= 3 kids. 2022= 3 kids..3 Grand Cherokees (2014, 2016, 2019) 2019 was purchased from Palmer..others at other dealerships for various reasons. January 2023 traded in 2019 ( my youngest son) for a 2023 Audi S4 across the street at Audi North Atlanta. Plan is to dump the remaining 2 Jeeps later this year…why you may ask?
