It took three times to figure out what was wrong with my It took three times to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. It seems that the computer diagnostic was not diagnosing. I wonder if we do the same in the medical field, what will happen. The people on the front was great, especially Kimberly (service advisor). Kimberly was great keeping my update on the vehicle and providing me transportation back and forth to the dealership. I felt they were helpful. I felt they were helpful. When they didn't have a car I could use, while my car was being serviced, they provided an Uber driver for me. That was a great experience. The service itself was done well and everything was thoroughly explained when we picked up the car.
