Management could not be trusted. Management could not be trusted. They lied about inspections, we had to ask for the paperwork each time, they indirectly called us liars. We had pictures to prove the issues and of course couldn’t repeat it. Yet we turned on the car and bingo there was the issue. They lied about previous history of the car. I not only would never recommend this place to anyone , I have nothing but strong negative experience.

The service was pretty disappointing. The service was pretty disappointing. When I showed up, after making an online appointment and speaking to someone, the people behind the counter were extremely rude and kept passing me off to each other, basically fighting to not have another client. They then had my car, told me it would take them 3 days. 3 weeks later, it was still not completed. I eventually came and got my car and took it else where.

The entire department has a problem in that they weren't even going to look at my car for at least 2 days, if not more, after I dropped it off. Would not recommend.
