I was there at 7:40 for an oil change - that was it. I was there at 7:40 for an oil change - that was it. I was first in line after the cars already in the garage service bays. It took 1 hour 45 minutes. I left and realized the in cabin filter that was to be replaced was laying on the passenger floor. I returned. The new cabin filter had not been put in. All total - 2.5 hours for a simple oil change.

When a person brings a vehicle in with issues and a When a person brings a vehicle in with issues and a service tech calls you to discuss what the issues are you expect them to tell you everything they discovered. I had upwards of $1,200 worth of repairs & when I came to get the car I had to stand around and wait as I’m told the battery is dead. I paid extra for a tune up & it shows in the report the battery tested weak….. why would someone not let you know this when your approving all of the needed repairs? Why would I want... read more

Stay away from them, poor communication, horrible Stay away from them, poor communication, horrible technicians. My brand new truck spent more time in service bay than on the road.

Peyton was great per usual, but i was misinformed before Peyton was great per usual, but i was misinformed before my visit. I called the day prior and spoke to service who said I could come in the following day at 8am to get my key fob reprogrammed. That was incorrect as the keys weren’t in stock. I live in Stone Mountain and drove almost an hour to be turned around at the door..

Brought my truck ion because of radio issues. Brought my truck ion because of radio issues. They tried to fix it the 1st time unsuccessfully. Brought it back again and they changed the radio out only to find out the change out was not necessary. The original problem was caused by an system update only and they should have known that. When they changed the radio out they replaced it with a refurbished one. The truck is only 1 year old and should not have a refurbished radio in it. It took 2 visits to correct the problem. It took 2 visits to correct the problem. The original diagnosis was incomplete and the parts provided were incorrect. The original problem was the key fob for my 2006 Chrysler 300 and the trunk latch was inoperable. The repair included the cutting and programming of two new keys, which were cut from Jeep blanks .
