They lie about services done. They lie about services done. I took my car for service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.,) However, I discovered my tires were never rotated. I will return to complete service.

They also say that they will not honor an advertised internet price unless you trade in a vehicle. This is not stated anywhere on their site. They don’t even fill up the gas tank when you buy a car. Be prepared, do your homework and be ready to negotiate at this dealership!
Called week before and set up service for oil change and Called week before and set up service for oil change and take care of a couple of recalls. Dropped vehicle off at 0900 on Monday and they kept it until 1700 Tuesday. Service Rep said they ordered parts for recalls on Monday and he only had 1 diesel tech. I'm still trying to figure out why they needed a diesel tech to change oil, replace TPS fittings, and clear a recall for fuel pump.

This is purely for the service center. This is purely for the service center. Everyone was nice enough. Communications is poor at best. No one answers phones. They text you instead. Super unprofessional to text me updates. Didn't answer point blank questions. Just disappointing. Will look for another dealership to do my business with.
