Even though I had a scheduled appointment to complete a... Even though I had a scheduled appointment to complete a repair, Palmer took 6 days to re-diagnose the problem and charged the diagnosis fee. I am not thrilled with this service and hesitant to complete the service at Palmer.
I lost my key so I called them to get another made. I... I lost my key so I called them to get another made. I came with several older keys to the same model jeep so I could get a back up. They said we will get you taken care of. They ended up charging me 70$ for a new key plus 95$ for it to be programmed. They told me they other keys couldn't be programmed. They took my keys and said they don't know what happened to them. On top of that, the key won't work on the door, just the ignition.
