When I arrived 2hrs later my vehicle is still waiting to be serviced and the rep tells me that they ran out of oil. So why did you lie about work on it!! Total waste of time
I scheduled my appointment. My vehicle was with them for... I scheduled my appointment. My vehicle was with them for 7 hours before I had to call for an update to pick it up. They advised me they have not even looked at my vehicle. It was in the same spot I left it in 7 hours ago. I will not recommend.

They were very very busy, the man assisting me let me... They were very very busy, the man assisting me let me know multiple times how busy he was. They didn’t find anything wrong with my car but I’m still having the same issue. I feel like maybe they didn’t even inspect it since they were so “busy” and it’s still under warranty so maybe they didn’t want to find anything wrong. Three days of wasted time.

Substantially taken advantage of on Jeep trade-in... Substantially taken advantage of on Jeep trade-in proposal and pressures for down payment simply to get in queue to pay over MSRP on next vehicles to arrive. Quote difference was over 13,000 between Palmer and another dealership on same deal and we bought the trade-in at Palmer. Not how you treat prospective repeat customers from the neighborhood. Epitome of what folks despise car shopping and are going online.

Took my truck in and a service guy told me a safety... Took my truck in and a service guy told me a safety recall had completed and it wasn’t actually done. When confronted he said he assumed it had been done. Dealership owner/ manager is great to deal with but actual service department is not good at all. This is my second issue with them that had to be corrected by the owner.
