He also had great customer service throughout the entire process. Once arrived the buying process was great with the Richard (finance guy) as well. Overall it was a great experience!

Once my oil gets to 50% the car shakes and turns off while im driving. Your team tells me that its a know issue with Cherokees and just tells me I will be fine, I have to that is a terrible answer to tell someone. And even worse if they act like i should be ok with a poor issue and don't actually look over the car when i state an issue.
