Was given a cash refund… pretty shady business practices. Luckily I didn’t call my lawyer on the news for the charged service. Still have not received a call from the service manager as requested. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Seemed a little long, but not too bad. I walked around the dealership and looked at some cars, handled some work, walked to lunch and at an hour and a half came back because no one had called me.
