Once my oil gets to 50% the car shakes and turns off while im driving. Your team tells me that its a know issue with Cherokees and just tells me I will be fine, I have to that is a terrible answer to tell someone. And even worse if they act like i should be ok with a poor issue and don't actually look over the car when i state an issue.

Poor customer service. Service department wanted to... Poor customer service. Service department wanted to charge me 1100.00 to install a new radiator on a 2017 Wrangler with 36,101 miles. What a ripoff. The dealership should’ve covered the repairs. I wrote an email to the vice president of the dealership and got no response. Unacceptable.

I came in yesterday because I thought my car was leaking anti freeze. After waiting for several hours I was told I needed $3700 worth of work done.
